These terms and conditions govern your use of the Shout Design Studio Ltd website and the services we provide. By using this website, you accept these terms in full.

2. Company Information

Shout Design Studio Ltd is registered in England and Wales. Registered office: The Old Gasworks, 43 Progress Road, Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, SS9 5PR.

3. Services

We provide branding, web design, marketing, film & video and AI consultancy services. All work is carried out in accordance with written proposals and contracts agreed between us and the client.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All intellectual property rights in work produced by Shout remain our property until final payment is received
  • Upon full payment, intellectual property rights transfer to the client as specified in the project contract
  • Shout retains the right to use completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are set out in individual project proposals. Standard terms are 50% deposit upon commencement, with the balance due upon completion. Invoices are payable within 30 days.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shout Design Studio Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

While we endeavour to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties about the completeness, accuracy or reliability of any information.
