Mobile workforce app gets a rebrand and fresh new website
Overview
Teletrack Live is a cloud based app that connects mobile workforces. It ensures organisations can keep track of field-based teams who work outside of the office environment delivering, repairing or maintaining a service.
The Challenge
Teletrack were initially a pioneer of Interactive Voice Response (IVR). As the market moved on, Teletrack needed to reposition themselves as a leader in cloud based apps and away from the perception of being the 'IVR' guys. Shout were tasked with refreshing the brand and creating a user-friendly, accessible platform.
Our Solution
Through our brand discovery process we completely changed Teletrack's brand identity to establish a much clearer brand proposition. We designed bespoke iconography for Teletrack's various services and a fully responsive website working seamlessly across all devices. We also created a password protected app portal for users.
