Myrock are an estate agency based in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, focused on the young affluent buyer interested in a more modern living aesthetic.
The Challenge
Shout were commissioned to develop a complete brand concept and identity that would ensure Myrock would appeal to the younger buyer. Essex boasts an array of successful estate agencies, so Shout had to think carefully to ensure Myrock wouldn't blend into the background.
Our Solution
Shout carried out in-depth market research to understand Myrock's target audience. Drawing on the research, our team developed a brand identity reflecting Myrock's offering. From the brand name through to storefront, we created a brand bound together by natural based earthly textures. The myrock brand is the ideal blend of sleek, minimal and tactile.
